If the first clockwork watch had been invented in the 21st century and not the 16th, it would surely bear a startling resemblance to modern MeisterSinger watches. The antique character and a design that concentrates on pure functionality gives each of the watches a feel that is usually seen only in handmade one-offs. MeisterSinger watches seek to recreate that feeling in our own time. While even large companies seek to lend their products individuality by adding more and more design details, MeisterSinger takes a completely opposite route.
