MeisterSinger's single-handed watches evoke the very beginnings of the watchmaker's art. Certainly it all began with a single hand. The first watchmaker to add a second was probably scorned by his contemporaries. Suddenly they had to work out the time for themselves from two hands. Who would have thought then that hour and minute hands would become the standard? Today it is the single-handed watches that are raising eyebrows as they focus the time to a single point.
