Who we are and where we come from

Based on their classic design, clear style and their pristine form of time measurement, MeisterSinger watches suggest a long term tradtion. That in reality this very tradtion only began in 2001 based on a man's dream of relevating the dictate of time within modern society, doesn't reduce the feel-good character of our watches. The MeisterSinger name reminds of music and the famous Wagner opera. The harmony reflected in a well-balanced piece of music, the fine drama of a good act and the ability of music to set aside time, these are all as well inherent qualities of a MeisterSinger watch. Therefore the MeisterSinger logo carries the fermata - the sign of silence in music.

The MeisterSinger team can be found at work in the harbour area of Münster, the so-called "creative pier" of the city. Here the drafts for the classic MeisterSinger design are created. Sales, marketing and administration are as well carried out from Münster. MeisterSinger watches are "designed in Germany" but also bear the label "Swiss made", since they are manufactured to our designs by a small Swiss watch factory. MeisterSinger actively supports local retailers, as our watches can only be purchased by authorized resellers.
